Payment Policies
Milestone Payments: Payments are released based on milestone approvals. Ensure deliverables align with the agreed scope to avoid payment delays.
Conversion Rate: We will convert your USD earned amount to PKR. The conversion rate will be Conversion Rate - 5 x Amount. The "-5" is considered an adjustment for transaction charges.
Platform Fee for Gigs and Tasks: All amounts reflected in your wallet will be after deducting a 30% platform fee.
Platform Fee for Projects: We do not charge any platform fee on Team Projects.
Disputes: Use the "Report Issue" feature to resolve payment or work-related conflicts.
Withdrawal Rules: Withdrawals are subject to the platform’s processing times and minimum balance requirements.
Prohibited Activities
Spamming clients or other freelancers.
Sharing contact information or conducting transactions outside the platform.
Submitting fraudulent or incomplete work.
Violating intellectual property rights.
Account Security
Use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication if available.
Avoid sharing your account credentials with anyone.
Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Violation Consequences
Minor violations may result in warnings or temporary suspension.
Repeated or severe violations may lead to permanent account deactivation.
Fraudulent activities will be reported to legal authorities when necessary.
