At the end of each project, task, or gig, you will be prompted to leave a review and rate your freelancer.

If you prefer to leave feedback later, you can do so by visiting the Reviews and Ratings section in your account.

After marking a task, gig, or milestone as complete, you will be prompted to submit a review.

Provide a star rating (1-5 stars) based on your experience

Write a brief review detailing the freelancer’s performance, communication, and quality of work.

Navigate to the Reviews and Ratings section from your dashboard.

Select the relevant project, task, or gig.

Submit your review and rating.

Be Honest: Provide an accurate assessment of your experience.

Be Constructive: Highlight both positives and areas for improvement to help the freelancer grow.

Be Specific: Mention details such as adherence to deadlines, communication, and quality of work.

For Freelancers: Feedback helps them improve and build credibility on the platform.

For Clients: Your review contributes to the platform’s transparency and assists other clients in making informed hiring decisions.
